  2. Tour Price
   All tour prices are quoted in US dollar . Tour Price does not include Airport Departure tax, meals not listed, optional tours and
personal spending money. Eg-tips, camera fees, laundry services etc, insurances, beverages, International Airfares. Please
note that first class accommodation is not always available in reomote up countries destinations.

  3 . Payment Procedure
   Advance payment of 50% of tour price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The payment must be
  settled by bank remittance to:

  4. Discount
   One child under 12 years is generally granted 50% discount of tour price provided that he/she is accompanied by at least 2
full paying adults & stay in the same room. The single pax will be compulsory for every 16 pax full paying.

  5. Cancellation
   Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notification is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:
               45 days prior to arrival – 20% of tour price
               44-30 days prior to arrival -30% of tour price
               29-15 days prior to arrival – 40% of tour price
               14 days or less 50% of tour price

  6. Refund
   After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in tour
programme.

  7. Airport tax
   Any passenger departing Myanmar on International Flights must pay a departure tax of US dollar 10 per person.

  8 . Insurance
   We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

  9. Liability
   Myanmar Adventure & Ecotourism Travel & Tours Co., Ltd act only as agents for the persons or companies, providing
accommodation, transport or other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss, damage to
person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused by directly or
indirectly by any service provider or by “Force Majeur”, severe weather, acts of God, Civil commotion vehicles or industrial
disputes and other factors beyond the control. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of
Printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour participation. In our tour implies the tourist’s
agreement to the above conditions.

  10 . Visa
   Visa is required & obtainable at Myanmar Embassy or consulate abroad with a confirmation of Travel agreement from
Myanmar Adventure & Ecotourism Travel & Tours Co.,Ltd. Entry Visa for Tourist (EVT) is valid for 28 days.
